1. Cookie-free analytics and current website storage

The public website uses Umami Cloud for aggregate website measurement. The Umami tracker does not set cookies. Sustema has configured it not to receive names, email addresses, organisations, roles, enquiry text, request or intake identifiers, receipt tokens, or other form-field content. We do not use advertising trackers, visitor fingerprinting, cross-site profiles or session replay.

When you choose Accept cookies or Decline cookies in the website panel, the site stores that choice in your browser's local storage under the key sustema-cookie-choice. This prevents the panel from being shown on every page. The value stays on your device unless you clear the site's browser data. It is not sent to Sustema as an analytics event and is not used to track you across websites.

The ordinary operation of the website or its providers may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms for security, routing or authenticated administrative previews. These are not used by Sustema for advertising.

2. Changing your choice

You can remove the stored website choice at any time by clearing the site data for sustema.io in your browser. Accepting or declining the current panel does not switch Umami on or off because Umami is cookie-free and does not use the stored choice. Neither choice enables advertising tracking.

If Sustema later proposes cookies, advertising technology or another non-essential technology, it will not be activated under this policy without an updated assessment, updated information and an appropriate consent control where required.
